United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) 

The United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) is an autonomous research institute within the UN system that undertakes interdisciplinary research and policy analysis on the social dimensions of contemporary development issues. 

It has a free and open access library of publications on a range of subjects including Just Transition.  

UNRISD has recently launched its Sustainable Development Performance Indicators the SDPI Online Platform provides an easy-to-use tool to assess the progress of companies or organizations towards sustainability.

Social Value UK 

Social Value UK have developed a self-assessment tool to help social enterprises establish a commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, practice it and advocate it. The tool consists of a list of questions about policies and behaviours and calls on social enterprises to demonstrate their performance.
